 We mainly use Spelt and Rye Flour. Spelt is an old form of wheat that some people find easier to digest. All of our bread is made the old fashioned way, using overnight fermentation. This unlocks the minerals that are bound up in the grain and increases digestibility. Longer fermentation also means longer shelf life, which you will find many of our customers confirm.

We sell focaccia, campagne, sour dough, rice bread, cookies, muffins, brownies, fruit bread, granola, and sweet and savoury swirls… all hand made in our home bakery in the Blackdown Hills.

You are welcome to drop by any time, as we also have a homely tea room where we serve special sandwiches, cakes and teas.


 Products can be purchased from us on the day or, if there are any special requests or bulk orders, can be pre-ordered at least 2 days prior to the market day.
